does textures and tones semi permanent color like for the hair to be washed before you use it or no?
With any Semi color your hair should be damp before you apply it. I like to leave on for about 20-30min depending on the condition of the hair. For example if you overprocess your hair (highlight,relax,perm,color) your hair could be classified as "overporus" meaning it will suck in the color super fast if it is then leave it on for 15min but check it before of course, take a qtip clean off a little section in the front to see if thats the color you desire if not keep checking every 3 min after the 15. If your hair is not "overprocessed" then leave on for 20-30 min.
